Smart Time is a NEW electronic timesheet for SPA Non-Exempt employees (employees subject to FLSA overtime regulations). SPA Non-Exempt employees will be joining all other employee groups and complete an electronic timesheet and submit it to their supervisor for approval. Paper timesheets will no longer have to be completed every month.
Smart Time is being implemented to automate a manual process and bring the University to the 21st Century.
