As part of the employee benefit package,
Fayetteville State University offers an Employee Assistance Program
(EAP) that includes free and confidential assessments and referrals
for employees and their dependents. Work and family obligations,
personal, legal, financial, and medical concerns can be stressful

MANAGEMENT REFERRALS
The Management
Referral provides supervisors and managers a mechanism for
addressing unsatisfactory job performance or unacceptable personal
conduct. Such referrals may be mandatory. Before a management
referral and/or a fitness-for-duty/risk evaluation, management must
first consult the Office of Human Resources.
