Institutional Advancement

As the University continues to grow, it's the support of alumni that will set FSU apart. Annual Fund gifts provide students with the necessary tools for an outstanding education. Alumni support funds initiatives, such as:

• Scholarship support, which eases the financial burden on students
• Classroom and facility renovations, providing us with the best possible learning environments
• Faculty and staff development, designed to recruit and retain the finest faculty
• Technology and laboratory equipment upgrades, keeping us up-to-date in a fast-paced, competitive market

Fayetteville State University hosted its first official Annual Fund Phonathon April 2010. Alumni and parents got a chance to talk to current FSU students and look back their experiences at FSU.

Institutional Advancement Associate Vice Chancellor - Wendy Lowery, Alumni Affairs Director - Michaela Brown, and the Phonathon Managers: Jennifer Moore and Amanda Gettelfinger presented Cancellor Anderson a check for $189,344 in pledges!    The top producing caller were also recognized by the phonathon's management staff.
