Horace T. Small Athletic Scholarship
Horace T. Small was appointed the Athletic Director at Fayetteville State University in July 1996. He also lectured with teh Physical Education Department.
The Horace T. Small Athletic Scholarship is awarded to FSU student athletes in the football and golf programs.
