FACULTY ASSESSMENT SURVEY


   Fayetteville State University has a history of assessment, and the university 
   engages in numerous assessment initiatives (both centralized and decentralized). 

    However, the University has not always provided regular evaluation of the effectiveness 
    of its institutional research functions or processes. The following faculty survey is   
    designed to help the university assess these processes.  Please complete the Online
    survey by August 21, 2004.
