Dear Graduating Senior,
As you approach graduation, we ask that you
take a few minutes to help us evaluate our
institutional
performance. This evaluation form contains questions that are being asked of all graduating seniors in the
16-campus University of North Carolina system, so that we
can compare responses across campuses.
It may also contain some campus-specific questions that will help
Fayetteville State evaluate its performance
in other areas.
