Surveys Online is designed to permit opportunities for students, staff, and faculty to respond to their home environment,
college life, faculty and staff performance, department unit performance and/or other information, as needed to fulfill the
mission of the University.

The student evaluation forms contains questions that are being asked of  all students in the 16-campus University of North
Carolina system, so that we can compare responses across campuses.

Answers to all questions are very important.  Be assured, that your answers will never be released to the public in a form that
would permit anyone to know they are yours. Again, all information from these surveys are strictly confidential and will be
used purely for planning and research purposes.
