Organization

Fayetteville State University's telephone systems service is a sub-unit of Information Technology and Telecommunication Services-also known as ITTS. Telephone Systems Services mission is to provide the university with a high quality telephone service which include desktop phones, mobile phones and related services such as add/move/changes, directory assistance, mobile phone contract management, and voice mail service.

An online form must be filled out to request a new phone line, change features on an existing line, move the line from one desk to another (in case of relocation of offices or reassignment),  Including cellular phones.
