FSU Websites Scheduled System Maintenance

We have scheduled system maintenance starting Monday, August 11, 2014 at 8:00 am until 5:00 pm on Friday, August 15, 2014. During the planned maintenance window, the following websites and services may experience sporadic service interruptions:

  • All websites on www.uncfsu.edu
  • finaid.uncfsu.edu
  • catalog.uncfsu.edu
  • alumni.uncfsu.edu
  • library.uncfsu.edu
  • fsubanner.uncfsu.edu
  • All websites on faculty.uncfsu.edu
  • All websites on organizations.uncfsu.edu
  • services.uncfsu.edu - including:
    • Student Bookvoucher request form
    • Public Relations Hometown News Request Form
    • Catalog Book Information and Course Descriptions
    • Music Library Lookup
    • Student's Declaration and Change of Major Form
    • Extended Learning Online Course Readiness Assessment
    • Network Account and Banner ID Lookup Form
    • FSU Contact Us Form
    • FSU Google Map

The system maintenance will NOT affect:

  • Email
  • Blackboard
  • Banner
  • Bronco Advantage
  • Athletics Website
  • WFSS Website
  • Campus Calendar

Maintenance Window - Network and Systems

In order to better serve the needs of the FSU Community, ITTS has implemented a Scheduled Systems Maintenance Window. The Systems Maintenance Window takes place on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month between the hours of 10:00pm and 2:00am. ITTS will use this Maintenance Window to perform routine system maintenance and system/software upgrades. During these times the network and computer systems may not be available for use.


Maintenance Windows - Administrative Systems (Banner and related systems)

In order to better serve the needs of the FSU Community, ITTS has implemented Scheduled Administrative Systems Maintenance Windows. The Scheduled Administrative Systems Maintenance Window generally takes place once every ten weeks on the third weekend of the month beginning on Friday from 6:00pm until Saturday at 6:00pm. ITTS will use this maintenance window to perform routine system maintenance and system/software upgrades. During these times, Banner INB/SSB and all related third party administrative systems such as ODS, WebFOCUS, WebTailor, Oracle, SQL scripts, Evisions, Form Fusion, TouchNet, AppWorx, CORE/Onestep, Astra, Nolij, ECSI, Workflow, CTAM and Banner printing will be unavailable.  These outages will NOT affect FSU email, Blackboard or the FSU website.

Times for the above dates: 5pm - 5pm

Note: There will be minor downtime windows required in between these dates.
