ElementK
 ElementK is an e-learning program that allows users to access courses from any web-enabled computer, any time of the day or night. The courses are designed for ease of use and maximizing your learning. Most courses are self-paced!

 What can you learn in an ElementK class? How to use MS Office, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and project management protocol. Or you might be interested in getting some training before taking your Microsoft certifications. Want to find out more about networking? These are just a few of the subjects available for study with ElementK.

Explore
 You are welcome to find out more about what ElementK has to offer you by touring the orientation on their website. Just go to ElementK and click on the Student Orientation link to get started. Click any of the quick links under Student Site Tours to get started.
Requirements
 Using ElementK requires Internet access as well as the Shockwave plug-in. If you don't have the plugin installed, as you start any of the self-paced tutorials you will be prompted to install it. Follow the prompts to complete the installation. You may need to close your browser and login to ElementK again for your new plug-in to work properly.

Accounts
If you are already have an Element K account, click here to log in.
To start using ElementK you will need to request an account be set up for you. Please send account requests via email to kfichman@uncfsu.edu. You should receive your account information within 48 hours.
Licenses
Due to the limited number of licenses available, we will extend usage of licenses as follows:
- Students: 1 Semester
- Faculty & Staff: 2 months
 The licenses are packaged as Office Productivity titles and IT Professional titles. We have a larger number of Office Productivity licenses to offer, so unless you are interested in IT certifications, please specify Office Productivity in your request.
Assessments
 Our ElementK package includes assessments and BrainBench testing, so you will know where you stand when you complete a course. Certificates of completion are available for some courses as well.

Once your account is set up and you have logged in to the ElementK student site, click the Help button on the left-hand side of the browser window. Use the Help buttons on the left-hand side of the browser to navigate through the Help Menu.
