One of the major factors in designing the template for FSU's Web site was to create a standard navigation practice that included links grouped by interest groups: prospective students, current students, alumni, and visitors and guests. A search link was also included to facilitate searching for specific pages and sites

The design and placement of the navigation bars allows ease of navigation and a consistent layout. Visitors will immediately know where to find links and be able to find information in an expedient manner.
