Dr. Constas is an Associate Professor of Business Administration. He received a B.A. degree from Athens School of Business and Economics, an M.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and a PhD from State University of New York, Binghamton. Dr. Constas worked as a researcher for the Center of Planning & Economic Research before coming to the United States. He did statistical surveys in the U.S. on manpower and natural environment in Puerto Rico; he did statistical studies on mental health in North Carolina.
