Dr. Beth Hogan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management and MBA Program. She received her B.S. and M.S. degrees from The University of Southern Mississippi and her Ph.D. from The University of Tennessee. She also completed post-doctoral studies at Louisiana State University. In addition to fifteen years of teaching experience at both the undergraduate and graduate level, she has worked within the healthcare industry as Director of Research & Development for a large physician’s group practice and continues to serve as a healthcare consultant. Dr. Hogan has directed numerous research projects in the area of healthcare administration. Her current research interests include the development of healthcare administration academic programs, managed care, health services marketing and consumer issues in healthcare. She continues to publish her work in professional journals.
