Dr. Jackson is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Department of Management, Fayetteville State University. She received her Ph.D. in Information Technology at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She earned her MBA from Fayetteville State University and a MPA from Troy State University, Germany. She teaches Principle of Management, Information Systems Theory, and Data Communication at Network. She has some publications in Journal of Global Information Management and a number of conference proceedings. Her research interests include information technology adoption and technology acceptance model.
