Dr. Constance Lightner is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and MBA program. She received her B.S. from Norfolk State University (1994), and her MSc (1997) and Ph.D. (2000) from North Carolina State University. She came to Fayetteville State University in 2000 and teaches Statistics (MBA), Management Science (MBA), Operations Management (undergraduate), and Quantitative Methods (undergraduate). She has served as a consultant to various organizations including the City of Fayetteville and the United Way of Cumberland County. Her research interests include optimization, quality control, and statistical analysis.
