Dr. Don. Okhomina is an Assistant Professor of Management in the School of Business & Economics at Fayetteville State University. He received his MBA and Ph.D. degrees from Jackson State University. He had taught at a number of universities including Alabama State University and Alcorn State University prior to joining FSU in the Fall of 2005. Don has extensive management experience that spanned over two decades. He has worked as an administrator, management consultant, training director, and in other management positions before he returned to his alma mater to pursue the doctorate degree in Business Administration. He is an international consultant in the areas of opportunity recognition, entrepreneurial orientation and manpower development. His research interests are in Entrepreneurship, Strategic Planning, and Comparative Management.
