Charletta Barringer-Brown

Dr. Charletta Barringer-BrownCharletta Barringer-Brown, Dr. Barringer-Brown joined the faculty of the School of Education at Fayetteville State University in the fall of 2004. Since that time she has held various leadership positions such as Director of Research (SOE) 2010-2011; Department Chair for the Department of Middle Grades, Secondary and Special Education 2006-2010; Coordinator of Middle Grades and Secondary Education 2007-2010; Coordinator for the Professional Development in Schools 2004-2006. Her areas of emphasis include special education, instructional technology teaching methods, behavioral and emotional disorders, students at-risk for academic failure, and research methods for public policy in education.
