Dr. Charletta Barringer-BrownCharletta Barringer-Brown, Division/Department Chair, Department of Middle Grades, Secondary and Special Education; In addition, she serves as the Coordinator of Middle Grades and Secondary education. Her areas of emphasis include special education, instructional technology teaching methods, behavioral and emotional disorders, students at-risk for academic failure, and race in teacher education.
