PIE CLUB

Parents Involved for Excellence (PIE)-a parent outreach program-is one of the most important components of the MSEN Pre-College Program. Parents are consulted in the planning of program activities and asked to support those activities by helping raise funds within each school and by assuring that their students participate fully in all program activities. The support of parent volunteers is essential in operating the major programs such as Saturday Academy and Summer Scholars and in carrying out field trips. Regular meetings, newsletters, and telephone trees are used to keep parents abreast of program news and needs.
