Collegiality and Diversity Committee – Chao, Hass, Pearson, Mattox, Breitzer

CHARGE:

Represent the Department in special College and University events such as Black History Month, Charles Chestnutt Arts Festival, CBAS seminar series, etc

Develop and implement selection process for honoring and awarding “the Department Student, Faculty and Staff of the Year”

Organize and implement the Department end of academic year social events

Send congratulatory and/or condolence cards on behalf of the Department to faculty and/or staff celebratory and bereavement events

Provide Department Chair annual report and/or recommendation of the committee work.
