Department Recruitment & Outreach Programs Committee – Johnston, Pearson, Mattox, Waddle, Okeagu
CHARGE:
Develop
and implement Community Outreach Programs thru - Planetarium/K-12; Observatory,
etc
Develop
and implement Alumni Outreach Programs and eventually develop Alumni Advisory
Board for the Department
Develop
and implement International Outreach Programs thru –International Program’s
Office
Develop
and implement student recruitment and retention strategies for the Department
Participate
in University Day and other relevant recruiting programs
Provide
Department Chair annual report and/or recommendation of the committee work.
