Academic Strategic Planning Committee – Fleming, Umantsev, Autrey, Mattox

CHARGE:

Develop and implement Department Self-Studies for academic and research activities on continuous basis

Develop short- and long-term goals for Department’s academic, research, service and outreach plans

Develop and implement the Department Academic Program Outcomes Assessments

Plan and prepare documents for SACS Review of the Department Academic Programs

Represent the Department in the College Strategic Planning Committee

Provide Department Chair annual report and/or recommendation of the committee work.
