ADMISSION AND ADVISEMENT

Pre-Nursing Students:

Please view the Spring 2009 Pre-Registration Instructions - CLICK HERE

  1. Prospective Transfer Students:  Please complete the Transcript Review Request Form to find out which courses will transfer to Fayetteville State University.
  2. Current FSU students: 
    1. Declare your major online as PRE-NURSING during the second semester of your freshman year. Transfer students must declare your major in the first semester of their enrollment. Declaration of major form can be found here: https://forms.uncfsu.edu/departments/Declaration_Major_minor/index.cfm 
    2. Complete and Return a Degree Audit Request Form: Click Here
    3. Meet with your advisor twice a semester. 
  3. Advisement: To schedule an appointment with the Pre-Nursing Counselor, sign up in room 210 - Cook Hall or send an email request with your name, phone number and a requested time from the counseling schedule to jdraper@uncfsu.edu or by calling (910) 672-2131.    

 Current Generic Upper Division Students

RN-BSN Students

Sampson Community College, Cape Fear Valley and all other interested Registered Nurses:

If you are interested in enrolling in or have questions about the RN-BSN program:

  1. Please email Ms. Indira Tyler, RN-BSN Coordinator at ityler@uncfsu.edu or (910) 672-1930.
  2. Apply for admission to the University.  Please view the FSU Admission web site for further information.
