Bio Dr. Afua O. Arhin was the former Associate Dean of the School of Nursing at Grambling State University. Prior to this, Dr. Arhin was a faculty member for a number of years at Florida A & M University in Tallahassee, Florida. She received a Masters’ degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and a PhD from the University of Florida. Dr. Arhin also has extensive clinical experience in maternal/child nursing. Her research interests are in the areas of improving outcomes in African Americans as it relates to health and learning and has researched and published several articles on these topics. |
