Biography

Dr. Judith C. Mann is a registered nurse with over twenty years of higher education experience as both a faculty member and administrator. Her areas of expertise include traditional and on-line classroom instruction, curriculum development, implementation, evaluation, and higher education administration at both the local and state level. Dr. Mann earned her undergraduate bachelor of science in nursing degree from Old Dominion University, her masters of science in nursing administration from University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and her doctoral degree in higher education administration from East Carolina University. Her areas of research interest include developmental (remedial) education, program outcomes and student success, and the first year student experiences.
