Dr. Phyllis D. Morgan completed a BSN from Florida State University, MS and PhD from Hampton University, and completed a post doctoral fellowship at Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. Dr. Morgan has practiced as a FNP in primary ambulatory care settings including women’s health, military health services, and college health. Dr. Morgan has engaged in a number of funded research projects focused on cancer prevention, health promotion, and cancer survivorship issues among African Americans. She has published numerous articles and has done several national presentations related to health disparities in cancer. | |
