Students who wish to apply for the OPTIMUM program need to fill out ONE application form (either a hardcopy in MS Word, OR the online application form) and provide ONE recommendation:

Selected applicants are invited for an interview.  OPTIMUM scholars will be informed by August 25th, 2008.
