OpTIMUM Program

The OpTIMUM Program requirements

1. Complete an On-line Application or submit a printed copy to The OpTIMUM Program office by August 07, 2009
2. High school or College Transcript(s) (**If attended college and earned less than 9 credit hours, please submit a copy of  the high school and college transcripts)
3. Statement of Agreement
4. One Recommendation Form
5. A copy of the “Declare Major Form”; students are required to be enrolled into a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) Program prior to acceptance into the program
6. Current FSU freshmen students is required to submit end of semester grades

Selected applicants are invited for an interview.  All OpTIMUM Scholars will be informed by email on or before August 25th, 2009.
