Design, print and distribute promotional materials for OPTIMUM program
Conduct Internal and External Advisory Boards Meetings
Organizational meetings with relevant offices and departments on campus
Website development
Visits to local high schools Math and Science fairs and award of prizes
Organize and review applications to the program
Selection of OPTIMUM scholars and faculty
Open house for prospective applicants
Pre-College Orientation
Establish partnerships with local STEM organizations, community colleges and high schools
Develop interdisciplinary science courses
Interdisciplinary course offerings
Student learning community meetings
Faculty focus group meetings
Student advising and research mentoring
Organizational meetings
Reports on the academic performance of the scholars
