Remember To:
  • Complete all requested information.
  • Determine if your organization will participate in the clubs/organizations fair.
  • Print the clubs/organizations signature page - opens in new window.
  • Complete the 2007-2008 Annual Report (available at the end of the form) and updated Constitution/Bylaws (if changes were made after September 2007)
  • Submit your on line registration/reactivation by 5:00 p.m., Friday, September 5, 2008.
  • Hand deliver the clubs/organizations signature page (opens in new window) to the Office of Student Activities (OSA), Student Center room 226, by 5:00 p.m., Friday, September 5, 2008.
