To provide Fayetteville State University and the surrounding community with heightened experiences through exhibition and performance. To broaden cultural competence with learning opportunities in the arts by bringing noted artists to campus for performances, lectures, master classes, workshops, and off-campus programs.
Program Goals & Objectives
Our primary goal is to preserve arts and culture. We strive also build a greater sense of community' one that is inclusive, cohesive, and diverse.
Our objectives include the following:
To actively research and present programs, exhibitions, and community service initiatives.
To prepare students for transition into a global arena.
To provide innovative programming in an effort to increase student engagement and retention.
To educate and inspire students and the public through the presentation of artistic endeavors.
