DIVISION OF FACILITIES MANAGEMENT


Welcome to the Division of Facilities Management Web Site. Our main objective is to design, construct, maintain and operate the physical facilities of the University.

Facilities Management is responsible for the operation and maintenance of more than 1.2 million square feet of property and over 36 Educational and General Buildings. As well as the Small Business Center Block Development Project site located on Murchison Road. Facilities  Management provides engineering support services and grounds care campus wide. The Division is organized into eight specialized departments (click here Division of Facilities Management) with over 80+ employees with a wide range of skills. Facilities Management houses a fully staffed Planning and Construction, Heating Air-Conditioning and Ventilation, and Safety and Risk Management  department. Subcontractors and various local vendors and contractors are utilized to provide services and maintenance and repair services to the University.
