Student Services Development CM @ Risk
The project scope includes construction of 350 bed student housing project with associated site work. Since the project is located on the university’s main campus, the project will require design approval and construction inspection by the State Construction Office. The project will be required to comply with the guidelines for sustainable, energy efficient buildings outlined in NCGS 143-135.35 thru 143-135.40 (Senate Bills 668 and 1946). The building will also be LEED certified and complement the university’s master plan. Proposal for the Construction Manager at Risk for Phase One will be accepted until 5:00 PM on December 15, 2010.
