Application Requirements for the Master’s in Psychology-Experimental Track

Aplication Requirements for the Master's in Psychology - Experimental Track.

The following materials should be submitted to Office of Admissions:

_____ Application form accompanied by application fee.The form can be found here.


_____ Official transcripts of ALL PREVIOUS ACADEMIC WORK attempted beyond high school sent directly to Office of Admissions from each institution attended.

_____ Official Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores, Aptitude Section only.

_____ Two letters of recommendation from persons qualified to evaluate your competence, interest, and aptitude to pursue graduate work in psychology. One letter must be from a faculty member knowledgeable about your academic abilities.

_____ An essay (typed and no more than four (4) pages) describing your interest in psychology, your long term goals and ambitions pertaining to the field of psychology, and what you hope to obtain from the M.A. program at Fayetteville State University.

_____ A resume with the following information; your name, address, and phone number, academic background (list all colleges attended, dates, and degrees obtained), work experience, academic or professional awards, membership in professional organizations, and related volunteer experience.
