May 2013 Graduation: Has now passed. Late applications will be accepted but your name will not appear in the booklet.
December 2013 Graduation: August 30, 2013
Prior to the start of commencement rehearsal on Friday, May 3, 2013, all graduates are required to stop by the Commencement Check-In station beginning at 9 a.m. to pick up their line-up card.
Line-Up Card *VERY IMPORTANT*
The line-up card will be used during the commencement ceremony. The card will have the student’s name, honor (if any) and a number. This number represents your place in the Processional on Saturday morning.
The Dean of your degree program will announce your name during the ceremony using the card. Photographers will also contact graduates with information and proofs from the event using the information you place on the back of the card. For hard to read names, graduates may write, as clearly as possible, a phonetic spelling or pronunciation of their name on the card. The card must be safely maintained while in your possession.
It is the responsibility of the graduate to bring the card to the ceremony. It may be very difficult to obtain a replacement card on Saturday morning.
On the day of the rehearsal, the Valedictorian and/or Salutatorian will be announced.
Qualifying graduates will be given the honor stole. Replacement stoles will not be available.
