Transcript Request

  • You may make all transcript requests online through the National Student Clearinghouse.
    • These requests will require a processing fee of $2.25 and an additional $1.00 fee if requesting the electronic format.
    • If you have holds that prevents your transcript from printing, it may delay your request until the holds are cleared or removed.
  • Transcripts are not available for pick-up.
  • You may submit a paper form via walk-in or mail-in.
    • You must pay the required $10.00 fee per transcript copy.
    • Ensure you do not have holds that prevent or delay your request.
      • Check your student self-service account and select the View Holds option for more details, or
      • Call our Student Services Call Center at (910) 672-1185 for assistance, or
      • You may inquire at the front desk, if it is a walk-in request.
      • If you have holds, you have seven (7) days to resolve them. After seven (7) days, the order will expire.
    • These type requests are mailed out the next business day to the address indicated.
    • These type requests are not available for pick up.
Mail-In Requests:

Complete and sign the TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM. Mail it to:

  • Please include a money order at $10.00 per transcript.
  • Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for mail-ins.
  • If you have any type account hold that would prevent this office from printing your transcript, your money order and request will be sent back to you.

During peak periods, all request types may take five (5) to ten (10) business days. Peak periods are registration, midterm grading, final grading and commencement.

The university does not accept e-mail or phone requests.

  • Complete the TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM and mail it.
  • Please ensure you have printed the receipt number on your request form; if not, the request will not be processed.
  • Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for mail-ins.
  • If you have any type account hold that would prevent you from receiving a transcript, your check or money order and request will be sent back to you.
