NOTE: We will not be printing any transcripts of currently
enrolled students until after commencement due to the final grading
process!!!
If you were in attendance prior to 1990, regular processing time may
take up to five (5) to ten (10) business days.
Transcript fee:
Initial copy is free.
After the initial copy, $3.00 per request per career (undergraduate,
graduate, doctoral).
Faxed Requests:
- Call the Business Office to make payment by phone: (910)

- Complete the
TRANSCRIPT REQUEST
FORM and fax to (910) 672-1599.
- Please ensure you have printed the receipt number
on your request form; if not, the request will
not be processed.
- Please allow five (5) to ten (10) working days for mail-ins.
-If you have any type account hold that would prevent you from
receiving a transcript, your check or money order and request will
be sent back to you.

- Click on Student Records
- Click on Request Printed Transcript and proceed
Mail-In Requests:
Complete and sign the
TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM.
Mail it to the
"Office of the Registrar, 1200 Murchison Road, 119 Collins Building,
Fayetteville, NC 28301".
-Please include a check or money order at $3.00 per request per
career (undergraduate, graduate, doctoral).
- Please allow five (5) to ten (10) working days for mail-ins.
- If you have any type account hold that would prevent you from
receiving a transcript, your check or money order and request will
be sent back to you.
Walk-In Requests:
Determine if you have any type account holds that would prevent you
from receiving a transcript. Check your banner account or inquire at
the front desk.
- Go to the cashier and make the appropriate payment and get your receipt.
- Stop by the office with your receipt and make your request. The
transcript will print while you wait or will be mailed at your
request. |
