Transcript Requests
To request the status of your request, please call (910) 672-1185 or check banner.
Online Requests:
You will need your banner id and pin number.
- Use Find My Banner ID and Find My Pin to find your banner id and pin.
- Log into Banner from the FSU Home Page
- Select Banner Login from the Quick Links in the bottom right of the screen
- Click on Student and Financial Aid
- Click on Student Records
- Click on Request Printed Transcript and proceed
If you have any type account hold that would prevent this office from printing your transcript, your online request will not print.
Mail-In Requests:
Complete and sign the TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM. Mail it to:

- Please include a money order at $3.00 per request per career (undergraduate, graduate, doctoral).
- Please allow five (5) to ten (10) working days for mail-ins.
- If you have any type account hold that would prevent this office from printing your transcript, your money order and request will be sent back to you.
During peak periods, all request types may take five (5) to ten (10) working days. Peak periods are registration, midterm grading, final grading and commencement.
Do you have any type hold that would prevent you from receiving a transcript?
- Yes - You must clear the account matter with the appropriate office. Once the
hold has been cleared, make your transcript request.
- No - Make your request online, mail-in or walk-in.
The university does not accept e-mail nor phone requests.
NOTE: We will not be printing any transcripts of currently enrolled students until after commencement due to the final grading process!!!
If you were in attendance prior to 1990, regular processing time may take up to five (5) to ten (10) business days.

- Transcripts processed will no longer be available for pick-up.
- Requests made in person will be mailed out to the adddress requested the next day.

Determine if you have any type account holds that would prevent you from receiving a transcript. Check your banner account or inquire at the front desk.
- Go to the cashier and make the appropriate payment and get your receipt. Ask them to check if you have an account hold that would prevent printing of transcript.
- Stop by the office with your receipt and make your request.
Transcript fee:
Initial copy is free. After the initial copy, $3.00 per request per career (undergraduate, graduate, doctoral).
