RAMSeS submission is required if you are submitting a proposal, preliminary proposal, letter of intent, white paper, etc. to request funding that has a dollar amount or requires University approval.
If there is no dollar amount or no University approvals required, please submit your proposal to OSRP for our records.
Please call or email our office if you have any questions when completing the forms or the proposal application.
Effective December 31, 2017, grants may not be submitted using a PDF file. Grants.gov has created an online system called WorkSpace for grant submissions that allows multiple people to work on one proposal. We are advising everyone to register and create a grants.gov account to be able to utilize this system. If you need assistance we will provide training. Below is the link to explain the process and to get started. Please register as soon as possible to gain access to the grants.gov application.
(If you already have a grants.gov account, please log in to make sure your account is still active and let me know if you have access to Workspace. Your password expires every six months).
FSU is already registered but PIs and co-PIs will need to register as a Grants.gov user (Active Organizational Applicant with no role). You will need to know FSU's DUNS number: 067188979.
