To all Faculty staff,and students:
Recently the safety of hoverboards have come into question. The main issue centers on the fire hazard associated with the lithium battery in the hoverboards. In light of the risk associated with hoverboards, FSU is instituting an immediate ban on the indoor storing, operating or charging of "hoverboards". This ban applies to all faculty, staff, students and visitors and is applicable to all University owned or leased facilities, including all residence halls.
The Department of Residential Life on the campus of Fayetteville State University seeks to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive living-learning community.
