Who will my roommate be?

You can request a roommate or have one assigned to you. Requests for roommates must be mutual and from the students. Requests from other parties (i.e. coaches, parents) will not be honored. If you don't have a roommate request, we will assign you a roommate based on the information you provide to us in your housing application/contract.

What is provided in the residence hall rooms?

Each resident has a bed, desk, chair, and a chest of drawers, closet, or wardrobe. Each room is equipped with cable television, ethernet and wi-fi internet access. 

What are co-ed halls?

A co-ed hall that may house both male and female students are totally separated. Females are in one section of the building and males in another. They are monitored and supervised by the Community Staff.

Will students be allowed to change roommates if there is a serious problem?

Yes. There is a two week window. In the event that there is an issue, the hall director will determine the outcome in the best interest of the students,' which may involve a change of room assignment.

Is There A Curfew For Students Living In The Residence Halls?

There is no official curfew for students. Students are encouraged to use discretion whenever they leave campus. If they plan to have an extended stay, we ask that they inform the Resident Director or Assistant Resident Director of their plans.

How can I get involved?

Each hall has a hall council that serves as an advocate for resident concerns and plans and organizes activities for residents. The Residence Hall Association (RHA) represents all residential students, represents the campus on a regional and national level, and plans and organizes programs. The Bronco Chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) is a honor society designed to recognize the top 1% of residence hall leaders. Learn More Here

What if I want to tour or see a building?

Since our housing facilities are used year-round, tours of living areas are not possible. Showrooms are shown during freshman orientations & open house. Please check out the individual pages of the halls if you are interested in on this website for pictures & descriptions.

How do I change my meal plan?

All students living on campus are automatically enrolled in the All Access Meal Plan. Sophomores, juniors & seniors living on campus or in UPA can change from the All Access Meal Plan to the 240 Block Plan or the 140 Block Plan during the first 2 weeks of the semester through the Bronco Express OneCard Office

I have a maintenance problem in my room. What should I do?

Is it possible to check-in before Move-In Day?

Checking in early (early arrival) may be possible if you have a university-affiliated program or need that requires you to move in before the regular check-in date. Only The Department Of Housing & Residence Life can approve an early arrival request, which should be submitted in writing (an e-mail is OK).
