Summer School

Summer Session I and II Housing Application Process will officially open on Monday, April 1, 2013.  Summer housing applications can be turned in to the main office of Residence Life.  Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

***NOTE: YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR ALL SESSION(S) THAT YOU CHECK ON THE APPLICATION.  IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO STAY ON CAMPUS FOR ANY SESSION(S) YOU MUST COMEPLETE A HOUSING CANCELLATION FORM AND SUBMIT IT TO THE RESIDENCE LIFE MAIN OFFICE IN WILLIAMS HALL.***

Students who have been approved to live on campus during Intercession can check in on Tuesday, May 14th, 2013 at 9am at Renaissance Hall. Intercession residents check out on Saturday, June 1st, 2013 by 12 noon. Final exams for Summer Session I are on Friday, May 31, 2013.

Summer Session I Procedures

Students who have been approved to live on campus during Summer Session I can check in on Sunday, June 2, 2013 at 9am at their assigned residence hall. Summer Session I residents check out on Saturday, June 29th, 2013 by 12 noon. Final exams for Summer Session I are on Friday, June 28, 2013.

Summer Session II Procedures

Students who have been approved to live on campus during Summer Session II can check in on Sunday, July 7, 2013 at 9am at their assigned residence hall. Summer Session II residents check out on Saturday, August 3rd, 2013 by 12 noon. Final exams for Summer Session II are on Friday, August 2, 2013.

8-Week Session Procedures

Students who have been approved to live on campus during the 8-Week Session can check in on Sunday, June 2, 2013 at 9am at their assigned residence hall. 8-Week Session residents check out on Saturday, August 3rd, 2013 by 12 noon. Mid-terms are on Friday, June 28, 2013; final exams for the 8-Week Session are on Friday, August 2, 2013.  Students will reside in Renaissance Hall for the 1st half of the 8-Week Session (June 2-29, 2013) & will reside in University Place Apartments for the 2nd half of the 8-Week Session (July 7-August 3).  NOTE: STUDENTS MUST BE REGISTERED FOR AN 8-WEEK CLASS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AN 8-WEEK SUMMER SCHOOL HOUSING ASSIGNMENT.

*Please review the Office of Summer School Calendar. There are NO classes July 1-6, 2012. The residence halls and cafeteria will be closed during this period.
