Path 1: Non-Credit Continuing Education Workshops

- Includes 5 workshop courses, each lasting 4-5 days
- Guaranteed preparation for widely recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam offered by PMI.org
- Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Equivalent Courses to Meet Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC) Requirements
- Offered in collaboration with Management Concepts, Inc.
- Offer DAU equivalent workshops that would otherwise require travel to DAU locations
- Budget & Financial Management
- 3 day workshop teaching tools for sound budgeting and financial decision making
Path 2: Fayetteville State University Management-Related Graduate Certificate Options
- Graduate Certificate in Project Management
- Curriculum based on the PMI.org Project Management Professional Certification Program
- Consists of four graduate level courses (12 credit hours)
- Available online
- Admission requires bachelor's degree and two years of work experience
- Excellent preparation for Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam
- Graduate Certificate in Health Care Management
- Provides students with a broad knowledge of health care business concepts, builing a solid foundation for success in health care management
- Comprised of four graduate level courses (12 credit hours)Available online
- Designed for health care managers, practitioners, and physicians who want business expertise
- Admission requires a bachelor's degree or better from an accredited institution, a minimum grade point average of 2.75, and two years of work experience
