A Message from the Executive Director (Dorothy Gallon Holmes, PH.D.)

Dorothy Holmes, PH.D. Fayetteville State University Welcome to the website for Special Programs at Fayetteville State University (FSU), located in Fayetteville, NC.  Whether you’re a student in the public school system or a student at FSU, you will find this site full of exciting academic resources available to you at no cost.

The Special Programs Department at FSU is funded  by the U.S. Department of Education. This Department provides educational opportunities, outreach and support programs that inspire youth and adults to achieve quality education. The primary goal of the projects undertaken by Special Programs is to help the targeted population enter college and graduate.

All services are provided at no cost to participants.
