Staff Senate

Dear Campus Family,

The Staff Senate excited about our community involvement initiative “5-5-5.” This initiative is a campaign to increase giving to FSU, campus involvement, and community outreach. Please read the attached flyer and share it with colleagues, friends, neighbors, and anyone you meet who wants to make a positive impact on FSU and their own community in 2010. I have attached commitment cards which can be printed and distributed. You may also get commitment cards from Staff Senators. For your convenience, a roster of Staff Senators and Alternate Senators is attached. You can also submit your commitment via the Staff Senate web site, or by calling me and requesting a card to be sent to you through campus mail. We want to make getting a commitment card easy and convenient for faculty, staff, students, and administrators, mainly because we know everyone will benefit from the success that FSU will enjoy from increased involvement by the entire campus family and the community.

Returning the cards is equally easy. Commitment cards can be returned to any Staff Senator, sent through campus mail addressed to Michele McIver-Bell, University College or entered on the Staff Senate the web page.

With this effort and with any project to benefit FSU, let us know how we can help. Our goal is to advance the mission of FSU, and to that end, we are “Voices for Positive Change.”
