The mission of the Staff Senate has a
threefold focus: (a) to represent staff and EPA non-teaching personnel by
providing open communication between employees and University
administration regarding employment interests and concerns, (b) to have a
positive, respectful atmosphere with opportunities for professional growth,
and (c) to serve at the request of and in an advisory capacity to the
University Chancellor.
Staff employees recognize their increasing
role of providing professional support to the university. The Staff
Senate continually seeks new opportunities for staff to offer their
services and experience to Fayetteville
State University,
while also ensuring that staff employees work in a positive, respectful
atmosphere.
