Personal Microsoft account. This personal account will give you access to all your existing SkyDrive content, Messenger, and other Microsoft services. You will use the same user name and password that was used to access Live@edu. Note that Fayetteville State University ITTS no longer administers this account. As a result, we cannot reset the password for you. Use https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx to reset the password for your personal account after the upgrade.
Microsoft has upgraded our Broncos email from Outlook Live to Office 365. It includes a set of powerful email, web, and collaboration tools that can help you work faster and gain skills for the workplace. Microsoft Office 365 includes your favorite Office features online and allows you to create sophisticated reports and presentations, collaborate in real time with classmates, and share and edit documents from your phone, PC, or Mac.
Office 365 account - allows access to your school email. You will continue to use Microsoft Outlook Web App or Microsoft Outlook to view and send email from your school account using the same user name and password. Please note: In Office 365 you will not see our logo, but Fayetteville State University ITTS still administers this account.
When you logon to the new system for the first time you will be required to go through an initial setup to configure and personalize your Microsoft account.
