The office of Student Conduct will responsibly maintain and adjudicate alleged violations of the Code of Student Conduct for Fayetteville State University. The office of Student Conduct and Judicial Affairs supports the concept of educational adjudication.

Who can place conduct charges?
Student Code of Conduct violations are most frequently reported by Campus Police and Residence Life. Administrators, faculty, staff and students are able to report violations to the office of Student Conduct.
