Biography Bachelor of Arts Sociology- Washington State University, Pullman, Washington A.A.S. Degree- Fort Steilacoom, Community College, Tacoma, Washington Mr. Reginald Howard – Field Placement Coordinator, received his MSW from The University of Washington, and bachelor degree from Washington State University. He is a retired Army social worker with over 25 years experience in clinical social worker, child welfare, medical social work, substance abuse, combat stress, community organization and disaster mental health. Mr. Howard has a wealth of experience in policy formation in the military and has served as a Regional Social Work Consultant and The Chief of Behavioral Health Division, MEDCOM. He is a combat veteran skilled in providing services to warriors and their families. He has presented topics at national conferences on disaster mental health, deployment cycle support, bereavement services and discharge planning. |
