FILM FORUM - FREEDOM WRITERS

The Film Forum is a recurring event at the TLC.  Last year’s films range from documentaries to silent classics to recent theatrical releases.  In all these, we seek to provide films which promote thinking across disciplines and cultures and to suggest film texts which can engage students on multiple levels.  We have the DVDs of the films we show and we encourage you to use them or excerpts from them as you plan your teaching.  We have posted on our film website page additional information and links for each of the films we have featured.  We will continue to support your use of these films—just let us know if you have any questions.
