The Teaching and Learning Center

New Faculty Forum

Welcome to Fayetteville State University. The Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning is here to support you as you journey through your career at FSU. We will provide resources, workshops, and services that will help you to succeed. We are available to meet with you-one-one-one. We are planning to Mentor program and will be discussing with Chairs and Deans on the implementation. We encourage you to contact us if there are ways we can better serve you.

We have created this space and the New Faculty Forum in Blackboard to provide you some important resources. The Blackboard site is just for you. In the Blackboard site, we have created Blogs, discussion forum, and links to useful information. We will be posting information about grants, grant-writing seminars, instructional technology and pedagogy, and tenure and promotion information and resources. Some information will be specific for people who are engaged in different programs. For instance, there will be information for those teaching first year students, those teaching online, or those co-teaching a course. Feel free to visit as often as possible. Use the blog to share your first or second year experience with colleagues.

Welcome again to FSU.
