UCAMCS

Application Procedure

Students who wish to apply for the UCAMCS program must first submit the Fayetteville State University Undergraduate Application for Admission. Upon acceptance to the Fayetteville State University, please complete FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aids). In order to apply for FAFSA, you need a pin which can be requested at http://www.pin.ed.gov and the FSU code 002928.

After admission to FSU, applicants must forward the following documents to the UCAMCS program:

• Copy of your acceptance letter from the FSU Admissions Office;
• UCAMCS program application form;
• UCAMCS program need form;
• Two recommendation letters;
• Official copies of your High School and/or college transcript SAT or ACT scores. All applicants are required to forward an official copy of final High School transcript upon graduation;
• Application for online housing if the applicant request on-campus housing.

All the applicants are invited to participate at UCAMCS open house/orientation day.

Selected applicants are invited for an interview. UCAMCS scholars will be informed by April 15.

All the UCAMCS scholars are required to register for First Steps -- the FSU orientation Program.
